The objective of every coach is to make his team winning and convincing.
The detailed organization of the offensive phase facilitates cooperation and interpretation of game situations through adequate management of spaces, positions and times.
It is a fundamental basis that the coach must know in order to organize the game model of his team, even at the youth level, to ensure that the players begin to understand the dynamic aspects of the game.
Objective of the course, which will start on Monday, January 9, consists in identifying the fundamental notions needed to articulate the principles of the offensive style of playing, analyze tactical schemes of some high level teams and define guidelines and exercises for transforming ideas into concrete facts and results.
Independently of their category, all coaches have a common objective: provide the players with the fundamental information needed to manage game situations.
During the course's sessions online we shall address with high specificity the questions listed below and others.
- Which are the fundamental tactical contexts?
- How to organize the offensive style of playing?
- How to manipulate the cycle of the game through positional play?
- Is it possible to utilize positional play even at the youth level? Starting at which categories?
- How to make functional the tactical structures according to the various game situations?
- Which priorities and which exercises must be included in the working plan?
- Which exercises are used at the professional level?

3rd Session - Principles and rules to build and develop the team's offensive organization against an opponent that uses defensive opposition (low block near its penalty box).

4rd Session - How to build an effective Coaching Plan through the analysis of the professional exercises used by top-class European coaches.

5th Session - Question Time: answers and additional explanations related to participants' questions.
Clearly, if the players "recognize the game", the individual technique (and collective one as well) gains more value and the team's approach will be more effective.
The objective of the course includes a review of play settings, tactical contexts, competencies, tools and prerequisites needed to organize every detail of the team's positional play.
